小型干法制粒機(jī)GZL100特點(diǎn)
1、整機(jī)懸臂式設(shè)計(jì)將加工區(qū)與動(dòng)力傳動(dòng)區(qū)*隔離且外形整潔,拆裝清洗簡(jiǎn)便,實(shí)現(xiàn)了從粉體到顆粒的潔凈密閉式生產(chǎn)。
2、操作屏采用304不銹鋼材質(zhì)制作,密封性好,可有效防塵、防濺,設(shè)計(jì)有脫氣壓力顯示及調(diào)節(jié)功能,另外還有鑰匙開關(guān)、急停等功能,設(shè)備各運(yùn)行參數(shù)、緊急停機(jī)及切斷電源時(shí)均可通過觸摸屏即時(shí)操作。
3、所有與藥物接觸部分(工作腔)密閉獨(dú)立,密封均采用雙級(jí)以上組合密封,且密封符合FAD要求,旋轉(zhuǎn)軸采用漏軸式結(jié)構(gòu),將傳動(dòng)區(qū)與制粒區(qū)嚴(yán)格分開,避免了傳動(dòng)區(qū)內(nèi)潤(rùn)滑油泄露進(jìn)制粒區(qū)的情況。
4、制粒系統(tǒng)安裝有多處傳感器及儀表,用于實(shí)現(xiàn)系統(tǒng)的自動(dòng)化運(yùn)行,其安裝與設(shè)備內(nèi)部且采用不銹鋼材質(zhì)或其表面進(jìn)行防腐處理,符合GMP要求。
5、設(shè)備最小投料量100g,既可用于研發(fā),亦可用于中試生產(chǎn)。

工藝過程
設(shè)備依據(jù)干式制粒工藝的基本要求,將輕粉(游離水含量<1.5%)經(jīng)過預(yù)壓縮→壓片成型→整粒成型三個(gè)步驟在不加粘合劑及水的條件下,制成不規(guī)則狀顆粒,完成從粉體至顆粒的物理變化過程。
1、 上料工序:物料被斷續(xù)放入垂直送料料倉(cāng)內(nèi)。
2、 垂直送料工序:干粉經(jīng)加料口進(jìn)入料斗,在中空型垂直鉸龍的作用下,將粉體推入水平式螺桿送料器,此過程中,部分氣體由鉸龍底部向上經(jīng)鉸龍空心部位被排出,使粉料能均勻的被送入水平螺桿送料口內(nèi),送料量變頻可調(diào),保證螺桿填充飽滿、均勻、不空、不堵,并使粉體的密度得到了初步的提高。
3、 水平送料工序:脫氣后的物料進(jìn)入水平送料器,通過螺桿的旋轉(zhuǎn),使物料在前移過程中再次脫氣,并將提高密度的物料強(qiáng)制送入壓片系統(tǒng),完成預(yù)壓工作。
4、 壓片工序:脫氣后的物料已經(jīng)具備了壓軋前的狀態(tài),經(jīng)過預(yù)壓后進(jìn)入咬合區(qū)的物料與壓輥表面的磨擦力提高,減少了物料的磨擦,加大了咬入角,脫氣后的物料在壓軋成型過程中使設(shè)備運(yùn)行更加平穩(wěn),成片強(qiáng)度均勻,質(zhì)量穩(wěn)定,成型后的壓片,經(jīng)下工序的破碎和整粒,粉化率明顯得到控制,很大限度地保證了產(chǎn)品的最終質(zhì)量。水冷式壓輥,接頭外置,使工作區(qū)無漏水污染的可能,并便于清理。
5、 整粒工序:在整粒系統(tǒng),經(jīng)破碎后的料片進(jìn)入整粒機(jī),在整粒刀的擠壓下,小顆粒很容易通過整粒機(jī)的孔板,不再發(fā)生破損,而大顆粒繼續(xù)在整粒機(jī)中被擠壓破碎為小顆粒,在此完成所需顆粒目數(shù)的圓整工作。整粒刀為連續(xù)轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng),效率高。至此完成由干粉至顆粒的全部生產(chǎn)過程。
